• To promote meaningful participation in democracy by all people;
• To develop new leaders to serve the state and their local communities in public leadership positions;
• To advance the common values of the organization
• Seek legislation in furtherance of its exempt purposes, and
• Engage in political campaign activities in furtherance of its exempt purposes – subject to limits prescribed by Section 501(c)(4).
