If you’re looking for a space and room to breathe, but still want to be close to everything. I would definitely recommend Middleton… here you’ll find cute little hobby farms or properties that have more of a real country feel and you’re still about 30 minutes away from all the big city things that people want like dining, shopping, cultural events, etc.

Did you know there are over 8000 real estate agents in the treasure Valley alone? Mind blowing right? I was thrilled to discover that I am in the top 5% of agents for my brokerage and in the top 10% for all agents in the Treasure Valley this year. But a bit of background first. I moved here from France with my husband nine years ago. I fell back into real estate after my job fell through when I was six months pregnant 🤰 . We literally only knew three people when we moved here, including our real estate agent, so getting a real estate business off the ground was definitely challenging, with no contacts, a newborn baby and a French husband, trying to learn English. But after months and months of doorknocking and a lot of perseverance, I met some great people like and and so many others such as neighbors that have trusted me to sell their homes and their family and friend’s homes & through the process became good friends.
❤️ I love this job! And I really love this city. If you know anyone I could help in real estate send them my way. I’d appreciate it. 😉
