Employee Spotlight: Kjira 🌟

This week, we are shining the spotlight on Kjira! Kjira has been part of our team for 8 months and works as a CNA. We are so happy to have her on our team!

One of Kjira’s favorite parts of her job is getting to know our residents and hearing their stories. She is passionate about helping people and brings that caring spirit to her work every day. ❤️

A little more about Kjira:
🌟 Her mom is her role model.
🥒 Her favorite snacks include anything pickled!
🦸‍♀️ If she could have a superpower, she would choose the ability to fly.
🌅 She would choose sunsets over sunrises.

Today’s Volunteer Shout-Out goes to Mark! 🎸🎶 Mark has been singing and playing his guitar for our residents for more than 15 years! He and his wife, Kim, join us every month to help celebrate resident birthdays.

🌺🌴 On Saturday, we celebrated Marcella and hosted a Welcome Luau in her honor! 🌴🌺

Residents, family members, staff and members of the community all came together to meet and greet Marcella. Everyone enjoyed fresh fruit, punch and wonderful fellowship!

Today we are celebrating our four-legged friends who bring so much love, joy and companionship into our lives! 🐶❤️

Our residents have plenty of wonderful dog stories and memories to share, from beloved family pets to funny adventures and everything in between. Dogs truly have a special way of making us smile! 🐕🥰

We hope everyone gets a little extra puppy love today. Give your furry friend an extra treat, belly rub or cuddle for us! 🐾❤️

✨Employee Spotlight: Jessica 🌟

This week, we are shining the spotlight on Jessica! Jessica will celebrate two years with us this Thanksgiving, and we are so thankful to have her as part of our team!

Jessica is our floor finisher, helping keep our floors looking nice, clean and neat throughout the facility. But one of her favorite parts of the day isn’t the floors, it’s the residents! She loves when they encourage her and tell her that she is doing a great job. ❤️

When Jessica was growing up, her favorite cartoons were Tweety Bird and The Lion King. And when asked the important question, “Cats or dogs?”, Jessica’s answer was easy: BOTH! She loves animals! 🐶🐱

Thank you, Jessica, for all the hard work you do to help keep our facility looking its best. We appreciate you!
