Today, 14 intrepid students braved rain and wind to learn about indigo dyeing with The Indigo Squirrel (Cathy Wilkerson). Despite the challenging weather, we had a blast and made some beautiful things!

Cathy will be back in October. If you want to learn about indigo, watch for our notices here and on the library website. Classes at the library are always free of charge.

Today we're marking the safe return of the Artemis II with a space-themed silk painting class led by artist Lidia Mikhaylova. Student works in progress are shown here.

Watch for Lidia's exhibit of her own work in our gallery this summer, and for her eventual return as an instructor!
