Bolton Republican Town Committee Our mission is to elect Republicans to local boards and offices, and provide grass roots support for We are the Bolton Republicans. We are active. We are bold.

Our mission is to elect Republicans to all local boards and offices, and provide grass roots support for the election of statewide and national candidates. For elections, the committee conducts caucuses, organizes and directs local campaigns, and lends support for state and federal campaigns. The committee studies and recommends improvements in our local government, promotes policies and programs

advantageous to Bolton citizens, and evaluates and weighs in on state policies concerning the town. We are strong. We sponsor and encourage constructive party activities and we recruit members to the party and appointive office. Our meetings are held on the third Monday of every month at 7:30 p.m. in Room 9 of the Notch Road Municipal Center. We welcome prospective members and vistors. See you there!

Andrew is committed to fostering thoughtful growth and development guided by common sense and environmental responsibility. He believes in maintaining Bolton’s small-town heritage while planning for a sustainable future.
💼 His Experience
Married for 37 years with two children who attended Bolton schools, Andrew is a retired engineer and manager of a local manufacturing company. Known as a creative problem solver who thinks outside the box, he also brings a love for the outdoors as an avid cyclist, hiker, and community supporter.

Meet Thomas Lyon, a 17-year Bolton resident and current ZBA Alternate, dedicated to ensuring a fair and transparent appeals process for all residents.

Thomas believes every Bolton citizen deserves a fair and balanced zoning appeals process. His goal is to approach each case with integrity and impartiality, protecting both residents’ rights and the character of the community.
💼 His Experience
A graduate of the University of Connecticut with a B.A., Thomas is a small business owner who understands the value of hard work and fiscal responsibility. Along with his wife, he has raised two children through Bolton’s school system, giving him a strong personal connection to the town and its future.

Meet Ashley Paggioli, a proud Bolton High and University of St. Joseph graduate, who is currently serving on the Board of Education and running for re-election to continue her work on behalf of Bolton’s students, families, and schools.
🧭 Her Vision
Ashley is committed to putting students first by ensuring every child is known, valued, and challenged to reach their full potential. She supports teachers and staff through investment in professional development and recognition of their dedication, and she believes in making thoughtful, transparent financial decisions that stretch resources through grants and partnerships. Ashley also values strong community partnerships, celebrating Bolton’s traditions while preparing students for success beyond graduation, and she prioritizes safe, respectful, and supportive schools for all.
💼 Her Experience
Ashley has deep roots in Bolton, having lived here for over 30 years. She is an active member of the PTA, a youth soccer coach, and Vice President of her family business in Manchester. Along with her husband, a lifelong resident and 4th-generation Bolton farmer, Ashley is raising her family here and bringing a personal, grounded perspective to her service on the Board of Education.

Jeremy is focused on helping Bolton grow by encouraging new businesses and supporting residential development where appropriate. At the same time, he is committed to preserving Bolton’s small-town character and close-knit community spirit.
💼 His Experience
Jeremy and his family have lived in Bolton since 2014, where he and his wife are raising their two sons who attend Bolton schools. A mechanical contractor working locally, Jeremy brings professional expertise along with strong community ties through his involvement in youth sports, local causes, and the Republican Town Committee. His current service on the Planning & Zoning Commission makes him a well-informed and engaged advocate for Bolton’s future.

Meet Thomas Fiorentino, a 35-year Bolton resident and dedicated public servant, currently serving as Chairperson of the Board of Assessment Appeals and as Town Moderator.
🧭 His Vision
Thomas is committed to ensuring that all town assessments are accurate, stabilizing Bolton’s finances, and encouraging more residents to volunteer and get involved in shaping the community’s future.
💼 His Experience
With 35 years on the Board of Assessment Appeals, including the last 20 as Chair - Thomas brings unmatched knowledge and leadership to the role. He has also served on the Town Conservation and Charter Commissions, participated on multiple hiring selection committees, and coached youth sports. As a founding member of the Family Day Committee and Bolton’s long-time Moderator, Thomas has consistently demonstrated his dedication to both civic leadership and community spirit.
