Big project complete at Belleknoll. The back porch was in bad shape - decades of patching caught up and it had to be fully replaced. Chasen did a beautiful job!

We’ve been traveling and I’ve been so worried about the baby peacocks. Our aviary was supposed to be finished in June but things always take longer than you expect and Dezi decided she couldn’t wait and hatched three peachicks. She wouldn’t keep them in the barn but has taken excellent care of them. When I got to the farm this evening I found them - mom and all three chicks perched on top of the chimney! What a smart mama- and way to go babies flying up there at only a week old! Dad- Ricky stays close by with his pitiful one tail feather😂
