We the people have had enough!
I support law enforcement having the tools they need to catch criminals and keep our communities safe. But I do not support turning every law-abiding Texan into a subject of constant surveillance.
Flock cameras and massive searchable networks of license-plate data raise serious questions about privacy, government overreach, and our Fourth Amendment protections. There must be clear limits, real oversight, and accountability.
Public safety should never become an excuse for mass surveillance. Texans have a right to be secure in their persons and property and to go about their daily lives without Big Government and Big Tech tracking their every move.
I’ll always stand on the side of individual liberty, constitutional rights, and the people of Texas.
