📣 THE HOLMES COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE IS SEEKING BIDS & QUOTES!

We are currently looking for qualified, licensed and insured professionals to provide services for our Chamber cabin and facility.

We are seeking bids/quotes for the following:

🏡 1. Cabin Pressure Washing & Cleaning
• Pressure/Jet washing of the cabin’s front porch, steps, and walkway
• Soft washing the exteriorior cabin in a appropriate cleaning method to safely preserve the wood

🛠️ 2. Cabin Exterior Repairs & Staining
We are looking for a licensed and insured professional to evaluate and provide a bid for:
• Sealing cracks, seams, and wood joints
• Repairing or replacing any water-damaged trim as needed
• Preparing the exterior for staining
• Staining and sealing the exterior of the cabin to protect and preserve the wood

🧹 3. Regular Cabin Cleaning & Rental Turnovers
We are seeking a reliable cleaner for:
• An initial top-to-bottom deep cleaning of the cabin
• Monthly cleaning thereafter
• Checking the cabin following scheduled party rentals
• Reporting any cleaning needs, damage, or maintenance concerns discovered after rentals

First, we want to say thank you.

Our Grand Opening month has been an incredible success, and we are so grateful for the support, encouragement, feedback, and friendships that have come from welcoming everyone to the farm. Watching our community embrace what we’re building here has been truly humbling.

As we’ve grown, we’ve listened carefully to your feedback and taken a hard look at how we can best serve our customers moving forward. One thing we’ve heard consistently is that flexibility and convenience are important.

With that in mind, we will be discontinuing our regular Saturday storefront hours and transitioning to an On-Call Shopping Experience designed to better fit your schedule.

Rather than limiting shopping to a few set hours each week, you’ll now be able to shop when it’s convenient for you.

This change allows us to spend more time caring for our animals, creating new products, and working on exciting projects around the farm while still providing a personalized shopping experience for every customer.
