The mission of the Holmes County Emergency Management (HCEM) is to coordinate response and recovery efforts in Holmes County in the wake of natural or man-made events. Through planning and education HCEM helps to prepare Holmes County citizens, businesses, and government agencies for threats from hurricanes and tropical storms, other weather emergencies, as well as man made or technological emerge

ncies such as hazardous material spills and wild fires. HCEM will coordinate with and support the State of Florida Emergency Management Team.
