Tri-County Community Council, Inc. A Community Action Agency Serving Holmes, Walton, & Washington Counties since 1965. Also now Serving Bay, Jackson, Okaloosa & Santa Rosa Counties.

A private non-profit corporation founded in June 1965, is a Community Action Agency (CAA) which develop and implement comprehensive programs to serve the low-income and eliminate poverty in Holmes, Walton, and Washington Counties. In October of 1997, the agency was designated as the CAA for Jackson and Okaloosa Counties. Additionally, the agency was selected in May 2000 as the CAA for Santa Rosa C

ounty and in 2004 selected to be the Coordinated Transportation Coordinator (CTC) for Bay County and served until December 2013. July 2011 Bay County was added under our CAA umbrella.
