👋 Hello, Current NCSD Families! 👋

We'd like to send a friendly reminder that the Annual Update & Verification process will be coming up soon! The Annual Update & Verification form will open for current families through the Campus Parent Portal on Wednesday, July 1, 2026. Please see the information below as the process has slightly changed for your convenience. You may also visit the Registration page of our website for more info: https://www.ncsd.k12.mo.us/home/registration.

For CURRENT Families for the 2026-2027 School Year:
✅ If you have NOT recently moved since you last submitted your Annual Update & Verification for the previous school year, you will need only ONE proof of residency document (POR) uploaded as long as the address on your valid ID MATCHES your POR documentation. In that case, you may upload the same POR in the second required upload spot in the form. Your ID will also need uploaded.

✅ Proof of Residency documentation must be dated within the last 30 days of the upload date. If you qualify for submitting one form of Proof of Residency documentation, it must be from List A linked here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1E-jrWkgmxzitxCZUd8bLjmDs1w4Frx55/view.

👉 If you have moved since the last Annual Update & Verification for the previous school year, we will need two (2) POR documents uploaded with your ID.

👉 If your ID address and your POR documentation address do not match, you must present two POR documents.
This adjustment was made in an effort to increase convenience for our current families and to help us remain consistent with other area school districts. Should you have any questions, please call (573) 431-3300.

🚨 Brand NEW families to NC may begin submitting their enrollment applications found on the Registration page of our website starting on July 1! If you know a new family to the district, please feel free to share this detail with them and ask them to follow this page for that announcement.

🎓2026 Graduation Transportation Plans🎓

Graduation is currently scheduled at Raider Field on the NC High School Campus

• Graduation begins at 8 p.m.

• 2 Buses will shuttle the Seniors from the Softball Field Parking Lot at NC Primary to Raider Field starting at 6:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m.

• Buses will continue to shuttle patrons who park at NC Primary front parking lot and softball parking lot to the High School prior to and after graduation.
**7:45 p.m.** will be the LAST shuttle coming from the Primary. Bus drop offs and pick ups will be in the High School Bus Loading Zone.

• All buses should take Raider Rd to Vo-Tech Road - drive along the front of the High School (like a normal school day). No buses should use the back entrance of the High School from Raider Rd.

• Vans will pick up walkers that park along Raider and Vo-Tech Road to shuttle them to Raider Field entrance prior and after graduation. Vans will also pick up elderly or those in need in the High School parking lots and shuttle them to and from the Raider Field entrance.

• We will have 2 Buses to shuttle patrons to the Primary after graduation.

👉After Graduation:👈
• Pick up Senior students from the High School bus loading area and drop them off at the NC Primary softball field.

• Shuttle to the Primary after Graduation will be 9:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m for PATRONS.

⏰After Project Graduation:⏰
• Buses will unload at the NC Primary Softball Field parking lot after project graduation on Friday morning.

Through their expertise, patience, and encouragement, they help students build communication skills and confidence that lead to success. We are truly grateful for the positive impact they make in our schools and in the lives of our students. 💙💛

We are so excited to have our 2nd colorguard clinic! Any student going into grades 3-12 is invited to participate in our mini colorguard clinic! This is a two-day event where we will teach participants a small routine on June 1st and June 2nd. Then you will perform and showcase what you learned for your friends and family on June 2nd! The clinic will take place in the High School's Main Gym. Please email Mrs. Crenshaw if you have any questions!

Cost is $25 with a shirt and $10 if you don’t want a shirt.
