Today members of our team spent the day teaching the Nasar (National Association for Search and Rescue) Hug-A-Tree program to Valley Veiw Elementary K-4th graders. This is a nationally recognized program that teaches kids ages 5-12 what to do if they find themselves lost or separated from loved ones in both the wilderness and urban setting.
This is the 6th year our team has taught community youth. Each child that receives the program is sent home with an activity book that encourages lessons learned as well as a parents guide and a few small goodies (a whistles, crayons, trading card and sticker) If you or you child have more questions about the Hug-a-tree program please feel free to reach out. We are always happy to answer questions!!!! Next week we will be sharing the program again with Naples Elementary and Mt. Hall Elementary!!!

We want to take a moment to thank all those who attended our Golf Scramble today. With out amazing attendees and amazing sponsors this even wouldnt be possible.
