BACK TO SCHOOL NIGHT is TOMORROW! Thursday, August 27th from 5:00pm-7:00pm at Victor Falls Elementary. To help with flow we are suggesting families attend at the following staggered times by last name: A-M 5:00-6:00 pm and N-Z 6:00-7:00 pm.

SCHOOL PICTURES - This year individual school pictures will be taken this evening! Bring your best smile! If you cannot attend, no worries-there will be a retake day later in the year.

SCHOOL SUPPLIES - In order to provide some relief from back-to-school shopping, we are asking families to contribute a $25 donation per child to cover the cost of of supplies.

Hello everybody, my name is Mr. Sousa, and I am excited to be a part of the Victor Falls team as a fifth grade teacher this next school year. I recently graduated from Central Washington University this past fall. I have been subbing in multiple districts since then, with Victor Falls being one of the schools I was grateful to teach at a lot! This will be my first year of teaching my own class, and I am very grateful to get to start this journey with the Blue Crew. Some things I enjoy include tennis, golf, hiking, and spending time with my family/friends. Thank you for taking the time to hear a little about me. I am truly looking forward to a positive and meaningful school year. See you in September!

Hello! My name is Ms. Schmidtke, and I’m so excited to be joining the kindergarten team at VFE to start the school year! I will be the long-term sub for Mrs. Williams who is out on maternity leave.

I graduated from Pacific Lutheran University last May with a degree in Elementary Education and have since had the wonderful opportunity to serve as a long-term substitute in two different kindergarten classrooms, including at the Sumner Early Learning Center, where I also completed my student teaching.

Outside of the classroom, I enjoy reading, spending time outdoors, and being with my family and friends. I have a twin sister, as well as two younger brothers who also happen to be twins!

I can’t wait to be back in kindergarten, helping young learners build confidence, discover new things, and develop a love for learning. I’m looking forward to a wonderful start of the school year together!
