CooperFor59 I am a native Arkansan. I grew up in Heber Springs and have lived and raised my family within the state except the time I spent in the Army. Constitution.

I retired as a corporate manager with Southwestern Bell Corporation, after 35 years of service. I am a member of the NRA, believe in Right to Life, and am politically conservative. I believe in the accountability of elected officials to their constituents, and preserving the original perspective of the U.S. I am the right choice for District 59.
