Studies have consistently shown that children who engage in regular reading during the summer break maintain or even enhance their reading skills. By encouraging your child to read, you can prevent the "summer slide" and ensure they start the new school year with confidence and a strong foundation.

Before the school year ends, we wanted to say “see you later” to two very special students who became part of the Thrasher family this year. ❤️

We are so thankful for the memories made with Livia from Brazil and Ana from Spain during their time at Thrasher. From new friendships to new experiences, they brought so much joy, kindness, and culture to our school community.

While we are sad to see them go, we are excited for them as they return home and continue their adventures. We are thankful for the bravery that they showed in leaving their families this year to be part of ours. We are also thankful to our community, host families, and students for welcoming them with open arms. We hope Thrasher will always hold a special place in their hearts, just as they will in ours.

Safe travels, Livia and Ana! 🇧🇷🇪🇸 Once a Rebel, always a Rebel!!
