We have exciting news! I was recently faced with a problem and struggled with a solution. I was doing research in some old newspapers lately and realized we have newspapers as far back as the late 90's that were fragile and needed to be digitized. The problem, how do we do it and how do we afford it? Meet the solution. Mr. Jim Lamb and Ms. Janice Robinson purchased a large A2 scanner! Each newspaper will be a file stored on a flashdrive and can be accessed at the library. Thank you Mr. Lamb and Ms. Robinson for your generosity that will benefit our community for years to come! This will be an ongoing project and if you would like to volunteer to scan papers, please contact the library.
