πŸ’™ Supporting Teen Mental Health Starts with a Conversation

Adolescence is a time of growth, change, and new challenges. School pressures, friendships, social media, self-esteem, and uncertainty about the future can all affect a teen's mental health. Many young people experience stress, anxiety, or mood changes, but they don't have to face these challenges alone.

Parents, caregivers, educators, coaches, and other trusted adults play an important role in creating safe, supportive environments where teens feel comfortable talking about their feelings without fear of judgment.

Together, we can reduce stigma and remind every teen that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
