May is Mental Health Awareness Month! 🧠✨
Get moving for your mind and join our community duck hunt around the square! 🦆👟

We’ve hidden special mental health awareness ducks all around the area to encourage everyone to step outside, get some fresh air, and boost those endorphins. Walking is a fantastic, simple way to relieve stress and clear your mind. 🌳

How to play:

-Walk the square and keep your eyes peeled for hidden ducks.

-Check the bottom of the ducks you find.

-Small Ducks you get to keep these ducks.

-Look for an 'X' marked on the base - if you find a duck with an "X" contact our office for a prize!

-"Winner" If you find a duck labeled "winner," you have found the grand prize duck, contact our office!

The Prizes:

-Neck fans: to keep you cool on your walks.

-Grand prize: Mindfulness Basket packed with self-care goodies.

Bring a friend, enjoy the warm weather, and let's prioritize our well-being together. Happy hunting! 💛

Whether you’re at the pool, lake, river, or beach, staying alert around water can save lives. Never swim alone, keep a close eye on children, wear life jackets when needed, and remember that accidents can happen quickly and quietly.
