We have, 2-20 unit apartment buildings, and 15 duplexes/family units within Boscobel to accommodate general occupancy,disabled,elderly and income eligible individuals & families.

✔️Rent is based off of 30 percent of income with the max rent of $852.00 you are responsible for all utilities and for mowing and snow removal.

✔️Duplex Units make sure your sidewalks and driveways are ❄️clear of snow/ice
✔️Family Units watch your emails for your recertification/ lease 📝 and respond accordingly this week.
✔️Staff will be entering HUD units this week for inspections please see your notification.
