Two(2) Steps Challenge to Crunch 15 - 20-lbs in 4-weeks.
Anyone willing to lose 3 to 5-lbs a week and wishes to join can hit me up.

#1. STEP
- Running
* Men šāāļø2.5-K in 10 - 12 minutes
* Ladies 2.0-Kšāāļø in 10 - 12 minutes
Three(3) days a week => (Sat, SUN, & Tues. Early morning/Evening) Fairmount Hill in H. P. and Westie Football ā½ļø Field.
#2. STEP
a) - FOR MEN ONLY :
2 sets of 50 in 45 Seconds each. Only Two(2) days => (Mon, and Thurs @ 8:30p to 10pm)- Fitness...

b) - FOR LADIES ONLY :
2 sets of 30 in 40 Seconds each.
