We support the FMLN (Farabundo Marti National Liberation Front) and the Salvadoran social movement in their struggles for social and economic justice. intervention in Latin America and work to build the left in the U.S. We stand in solidarity with workers, students, women, immigrants, and environmental activists. Current campaign: Fighting against an unjust lawsuit brought by the government of El Salvador by Pacific Rim Mining corporation, and working towards an end to CAFTA (Central America Free Trade Agreement), the destructive trade policy that allows the lawsuit. We have chapters in Boston, New York, Washington DC, Seattle, Olympia, Portland OR, San Fransisco, Los Angeles, and Santa Cruz as well as an office in San Salvador. We are a grassroots organization and our power is in our volunteer activists. foreign policy and working towards a more just world!
