Did you make it for breakfast for our first Fridays in the Library of the year? If not, don't worry. The next one will be on September 20th!

For over eight years, the Fisher College Library has offered free bagels and coffee to anyone who steps inside during "Fridays in the Library". This year the events will be held every other week. We hear that today is the first kick off for those who are still looking for some breakfast.

Exciting news!

We are excited about the strides our institution has been making in increasing bachelor degree options. Today, Fisher sought approval to offer an RN to BSN program within the Division of Accelerated and Professional Studies. Saturday: 12pm - 8pm
Sunday: 2pm - 10pm

Today I am grateful for the Fisher College community. As we reflect on yesterday's tragedy, let us not forget that we are threads in the fabric of this beautiful city. Together we are strong. If anyone needs to escape for a while, come visit me in the library. I will have book and film recommendations to suit any type of mood.

Read about the history of 118 Beacon Street, home of the Fisher College library. While you're at it, you can investigate the history of any building in Boston!

118 Beacon Street was designed by architects Little and Browne and built in 1907 by Connery and Wentworth, builders, as the home of boiler and elevator manufacturer Henry Parsons King and his wife, Alice Ormond (Spaulding) King. They previously had lived at 205 Commonwealth Avenue.
