Kids train alongside parents and family members in an interactive self-defense class, mutually learning the importance of situation awareness and self-protection. The training is led by Legacy Martial Arts & Fitness.

There are two sessions of this class, one for ages 5-7 and a second for ages 8-12. Registration is REQUIRED for participation.

Child-and-adult pairs must register together. Please email [email protected] for help registering multiple siblings with one adult partner.

Mark your calendars for Saturday, September 19th! You're invited to join us at Elliot House from 11am to 2pm at 255 Highland Ave, Needham for a fun-filled community BBQ. All proceeds will directly support Riverside's Elliot House— an employment and recovery center that offers people with mental health challenges hope and opportunities to achieve their full potential.
