MA Responds During a public health emergency, Massachusetts will need the support of volunteers like you!

Medical and non-medical volunteers alike will be needed to respond locally, regionally, or across Massachusetts to:

ASSIST neighbors during natural disasters

SUPPORT public health when resources are stretched

IMPROVE community health by working to educate, prevent,
and prepare

MA Responds is the Massachusetts Department of Public Health's on

line registration system that will help identify, verify, and mobilize volunteers quickly to events, such as the tornado in Western Mass. By Registering with MA Responds, you can be part of an alert system and respond, when activated, to an emergency, natural disaster, or public health event!
