We are so incredibly proud of Heading Home's CEO Danielle Ferrier for serving as the commencement speaker for the Boston University School of Social Work Class of 2026!

Danielle’s passion, leadership, and commitment to supporting individuals and families experiencing homelessness inspire all of us every day, and we were thrilled to see her share her message with the next generation of social workers.

Heading Home is incredibly grateful for all of our partners, donors, supporters and volunteers who helped us make this night such a success- together, you helped raise over $2.6 million to continue our mission of ending homelessness in Eastern Massachusetts!

On Tuesday, April 14th, American Flatbread Brighton will donate a portion of all flatbread sales from 4PM to 11PM to Heading Home, even on takeout and delivery orders!

Heading Home supports individuals and families experiencing housing insecurity by providing a comprehensive continuum of care that includes homelessness prevention, emergency shelter, transitional housing, and permanent affordable housing. Your flatbread order will directly fund our mission to end and prevent homelessness in Eastern MA - every dollar counts.

Yesterday, we had the privilege of gathering with the people who make our work possible — our friends, donors, volunteers, and supporters — for Housewarming 2026. Every year, this celebration reminds us of the power of community and the progress we're making together toward ending homelessness in Massachusetts.

Heading Home is grateful to our speakers: Matthew Slater, 3x Super Bowl Champion & former New England Patriot, and Jim Mawn, President & CEO of Northern Bank & Chair of the Heading Home Board of Directors. We appreciate your passionate & inspiring words, which truly embodied the spirit of Heading Home and our event theme, ‘Home is Everything’.
