Help Us Keep Our Meals Cold and Our Hearts Warm

The Amal Women’s Center, a sanctuary for homeless women and children in our community, is facing an urgent need. Our main refrigerator—used daily to store fresh food, donations, and meals for the women we serve has broken beyond repair. We are now left with only one small unit, and it simply isn’t enough to meet the needs of the number of families we serve.
Many of the women who come to us are escaping trauma, poverty, or unstable housing. One of the most basic and essential forms of care we offer is access to fresh, nutritious food—something no one should go without. A working refrigerator isn’t just a convenience; it's a critical part of our ability to provide meals, preserve dignity, and offer stability to those rebuilding their lives.
We are urgently seeking support to purchase a new refrigerator.
