Members of the Boston Sparks A-10 Rehab Incident Support Unit together with our partner Team from Rehab 5 were honored to assist the Massachusetts State Police with our services in the Memorial and Funeral for Trooper Kevin Trainor who tragically lost his life in the line of duty when a wrong way driver struck Trooper Trainor in his cruiser as he rushed to protect the public after learning of the wrong way driver as he was heading home after a shift.
We provided support to several thousand law enforcement, fire service and the general public members who came to pay their respect and honor Trooper Trainor for his valiant service to us.
The BSA A-10 and Rehab 5 teams have collaborated on many events together and remain steadfast in our commitment to "Serve those who serve us".
Over the course of several days we provided food, and hydration to the crowds at both the staging area as well as the church venues to offer some comfort and nourishment to those paying their respects to the family.
We would like to thank the Salvation Army and the generous sponsors who donated products to assist us in this event including Mary Lou's coffee, Shaw's Market Peabody and McDonalds.
