Rents in Massachusetts can double overnight. There’s no limit on rent hikes — and families are being pushed out every day.

We’ve been pushing our State Senators and Representatives to pass a rent control bill via legislative action. However, there has been little movement.

🎶Volunteer for Fenway Porchfest 2026! 🎶
You’ll be stationed at a performance site to enjoy the music with a few other volunteers, helping performers set up and passing out brochures to people as they walk by.

There's currently only one affordable homeownership opportunity in Beacon Hill. We're adding 15.

Fenway Forward is honored to receive support through the CommonWealth Builder program for our 27–29 Hancock Street project in Beacon Hill.

This investment will help create permanently affordable homeownership opportunities in one of Boston’s most historically exclusive and high-cost neighborhoods.

🏠Our new project on Hancock street will deliver 15 affordable homeownership opportunities to Beacon Hill.
Thank you to MassHousing Beth Israel Lahey Health and Governor Maura Healey for funding this rare opportunity to purchase affordable homes in such a historic and high-cost neighborhood.
