Fenway Forward is very proud to announce that we have received a phenomenal gift from the Castle Square Tenants Organization 2020 Charitable Trust in the form of a $40,000 grant! With this generous grant we can further strengthen our community organizing efforts to advance housing justice and create real change.

The Trust envisions communities where low-and moderate-income and residents of all races and ethnicities have the power, voice, and resources to build a united front where racial and societal wealth disparities are actively addressed and eliminated, advancing a more just, equitable, and prosperous society.

Rents in Massachusetts can double overnight. There’s no limit on rent hikes — and families are being pushed out every day.

We’ve been pushing our State Senators and Representatives to pass a rent control bill via legislative action. However, there has been little movement.

You’ll be stationed at a performance site to enjoy the music with a few other volunteers, helping performers set up and passing out brochures to people as they walk by.

Fenway Forward is honored to receive support through the CommonWealth Builder program for our 27–29 Hancock Street project in Beacon Hill.

This investment will help create permanently affordable homeownership opportunities in one of Boston’s most historically exclusive and high-cost neighborhoods.
