Use your superpower today! Pro tips for this historic day:
(1) If you're in line when the polls close, STAY IN LINE. You must be allowed to vote.
(2) If you run into problems or shenanigans at the polling place, call or text 866.687.8683 (866.OUR.VOTE) immediately. Trained Election Protection volunteers will help. The US Department of Justice has also sent observers to many key polling places places across the country, so please know that you aren't alone.
(3) As always, take your kids and a few friends and neighbors with you to the polls!
There's overwhelming majority support for the Democratic platform and policies (more than 80% of us support Roe v. Wade, for example, and Democrats have a proven track record of success in creating jobs and strengthening our economy and foreign relations), but with extensive voter suppression now permitted by the US Supreme Court, that doesn't translate into overwhelming Democratic representation in elected office. We need to OVER vote, particularly in red and purple states, in order to be represented fairly. That's been happening in early voting and we need to continue the trend today!

Sending deep appreciation and love to every campaign worker and volunteer today who woke up this morning (or never went to bed last night) ready for the last push to get out the vote. No matter how this day turns out for your candidate, I hope you know that your work is the nuts and bolts of our participative democracy. It wouldn't work without you, and you've touched more people than you'll ever know. This former candidate sees you and thanks you.
