πŸ‘ Join our Fall Fellowship Cohort & join fellow peers to develop your leadership and professional skills!

We're seeking applications for the Dinah F. B. Cohen Fellowship Program, which aims to provide college students and recent graduates with disabilities with professional skills and leadership opportunities!

The Fall 2026 cohort of the Dinah F.B. Cohen Fellowship Program supports Fellows from September through December of 2026.

The selected Fellow(s) will work closely with the PYD team in this paid, part-time Fellowship position, create a customized project with supported planning and identified outcomes, and participate in national disability mentoring events!

We've got another wonderful Intern Spotlight to share with you! πŸ™Œ

Nick just recently completed his internship at the Brandeis Library. He shared a presentation of what he learned, including scanning books, organizing books by call number, and learning how to work the tech at the library! πŸ“š

One of our participants recently completed an with Haley House Boston! Congrats to Kenrick, who told us about his experience learning about food safety, and how to prepare meals to the guests at Haley House! 🍝

A Great Opportunity for young people (ages 16-21) with disabilities who reside in MA:

Partners for Youth with Disabilities's Youth Leadership Forum is coming to Central Mass! They are currently seeking delegates/participants and peer leaders for this immersive 4-day, 3-night experience.

Participants will have the opportunity to stay overnight on a college campus, hear from renowned keynote speakers, select from a wide variety of workshops, and network with professionals!

This year's YLF Central will take place Sunday, July 26 - Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at Worcester State University.

We're so proud of our Career Readiness students for their hard work in preparing for this year's mock interviews. They did a fantastic job answering common interview questions, preparing resumes, and practicing questions to ask a prospective employer.

A few weeks ago, our youth put on some aprons and learned how to cook in the kitchen! This cooking class taught our participants how to chop produce, practice food safety, and how to make a delicious meal πŸ˜‹
