🐟 Thanks to all that joined us for our 2025 Youth Fishing Derby! 60+ young anglers and their families joined us on May 10th for this annual event.

🐟 A special shout out to the Boys & Girls Club of Boston and local families for helping us to clean up the ponds ahead of the Derby.

🐟 And a huge thank you to the Southtowns Walleye Association of WNY for volunteering their time to measure and record everyone's catches!

We'll see you all in September for our 2025 Local Environmental Awareness Fair (L.E.A.F.)!

Erie County Parks, Recreation & Forestry is looking for volunteers next Sunday, November 17th, for tree planting efforts !

The DEC is encouraging participation in a new survey to help better understand typical rock salt use by New Yorkers and public awareness regarding the potential environmental and health impacts of salt overuse.

Results of the survey will help the DEC tailor future outreach and education to help reduce overuse of rock salt on roads, parking lots, and sidewalks.

Final Public Workshop for the Town of Boston Comprehensive Plan Update

The Town of Boston is excited to announce that we are nearing the completion of our Comprehensive Plan Update, a community-based, long-term plan designed to guide future investments and policies that will continue to make Boston a wonderful place to live, raise a family, and enjoy!

We invite all residents to join us for Public Workshop #3, the final workshop in this important process. This is your LAST opportunity to review the work completed so far, ask questions, and provide your valuable input.
