This evening we served a search warrant at 531 North 4th. We seized CDS (m**h), paraphernalia, stolen prescriptions. Joyce Egler, Donald Buckhanan and Stephen Buckhanan were arrested. Thank you to the Choctaw County Sheriff Department, Hugo PD, District 17 DTF and OHP for your assistance serving the warrant.

We received a call at 02:00 this morning of a man setting fires along the rail road tracks near the fertilizer plant and he threatened the truck driver delivering fertilizer by charging at him with a board and caused the truck to get stuck with a load of ammonia nitrate. The fire department was dispatched out to put the fires out. Chief Page and Asst. Chief Ernest responded and located the subject, Charles M. Knight, Chief Page placed him under arrest for trespassing on rail road property and arson. Thank you to the Boswell Fire Department for your quick response and getting the fires put out quickly.

We recieved a call of a disturbance last night on South 4th, Chief Page was the initial officer on scene and made contact with Charles Knight. Mr. Knight was under the influence of narcotics and was violent and combative. Chief Page requested assistance and Asst. Chief Ernest responded to assisst along with Choctaw County Deputy Clere.
