🌞 What are Sun Bucks? Sun Bucks is Washington’s Summer EBT program provides $120 per eligible child to help buy groceries during summer break.


To receive this benefit, families must apply AND qualify based on household income or other eligibility criteria (families receiving state nutrition benefits are already enrolled).

We have received the rest of the Kids Heart Challenge gifts and need your help to sort them by student and teacher. In years past we've had a lot of great help (even responsible students who come with parents) and we've been able to finish in an hour. We did SO well helping hearts this year that we have A LOT to sort! But we have a great system--now we just need YOU! We have received the rest of the Kids Heart Challenge gifts and need your help to sort them by student and teacher. In years past we've had a lot of great help (even responsible students who come with parents) and we've been able to finish in an hour. We did SO well helping hearts this year that we have A LOT to sort (jump ropes, t-shirts, etc)! We have a great system--now we just need YOU! Also, we are having our $30,000 goal Slime Party during school on Friday, March 20th. Thirty students were randomly chosen based on getting an entry in a raffle for every $50 donated. Those 30 students will get to dump a cup of slime on Mr. B and the rest of the school will be watching with their classes on Zoom!

Dear Tambark Creek Families,

Please join us for an evening of wonderful music on Thursday, March 12th at 6:00 PM in the TCE Cafeteria.

The Tambark Creek Choir is proud to host the Gateway Middle School 8th Grade Symphonic Choir for an early spring concert. This event is a wonderful opportunity where our elementary students get to perform alongside 8th-grade mentors, giving them a glimpse into the exciting musical opportunities that await them at Gateway Middle School.

Our students have been practicing diligently, and the 8th-grade "pros" are ready to impress! This concert is free to attend and open to all friends and family.

Date: Thursday, March 12th
Time: 6:00 PM (Performers should arrive at 5:15 in the choir room)
Location: Tambark Creek Elementary

Arrival Time: TBD (Waiting on a response from the Silvertips staff)

Attire: Please wear your Choir t-shirt (T-shirts will arrive on March 18th)
