Big things continue to happen at Cole Field Park!

Last year brought major improvements, including new outfield walls at Cole Field, a renovated basketball court, a right-sized playground, a new batting cage, upgrades to the smaller baseball field, and the addition of a pickleball court—now up and running for the season.

This year, we’ve focused on maintaining and building on that progress. Playground repairs have been completed to extend its lifespan, and we’ll soon be replacing the backstop and seating at Cole Field. In addition, more pickleball courts are coming to Botkins Community Park later this summer.

A significant portion of these projects has been made possible through grants, private donations, and support from local organizations—greatly reducing the burden on taxpayers.

We’re also excited to share that Cole Field Park will be officially dedicated this year, opening the door to even more funding opportunities in the future.

Stay tuned—there’s more to come!
