Big Basin Redwoods State Park **This is a "fan page" for Big Basin RSP, located in the heart of the Santa Cruz Mountains** Reservations are required to stay in these en-route trail camps.

Big Basin Redwoods State Park is the oldest state park in California. Nestled in the Santa Cruz mountains, Big Basin offers over 83 miles of hiking trails on 20,000 acres of land. There are a variety of campsites available, including group camps (primitive & non-primitive), ADA accessible sites (MUST HAVE DISABLED PLACARD OR DMV PLATES TO OCCUPY), RV sites (no hook ups/dump station available), sta

ndard tent sites, and walk-in campsites (carry gear to the site, parking at different location). The fee's are as followed:

The ATM is only available seasonally, so be prepared! DAY USE: $10 / Seniors (62 +) $9
Camping: $35 / Seniors $33, per night (includes parking for ONE vehicle)
Extra Vehicles: $10, per night, per vehicle
**There is a 8 person MAX, per site, & yes, this includes children**

GROUP CAMPS ~
Sequoia Group (18 vehicles/50 people) $335, per night
*Shower & bathroom facilities available*
Sky Meadow Group (15 vehicles/40 people) $270, per night
*NO showers. Pit toilets.*

SKYLINE-to-SEA Trail Camps are available May 1 - Oct 31. No fires are allowed, drinking water very limited (filtration may be needed). There is a 6 person MAX allowed per site. 2 sites can be reserved under 1 reservation. If your group exceeds this amount, a Special Event permit is required.
