The Anasazi State Park will be hosting a local Artisan Market and a open Mic 🎤 Night on July 29th.

The Artisan Market starts at noon and will run until its time to set up for the Open Mic at 6:30. The performances start at 7:00.

The Museum and Small Canyon Kitchen will also be open for the duration of the event.

Come on over and check out all the Talent Boulder and the surrounding areas has to offer! Can’t wait to see you there!

Happy Summer Solstice!

Anyone who has been to the museum lately knows what the mural inside represents. The Ancestral Pueblo people that once lived here used the skyline to predict their calendar year. On the summer solstice the sun rises over Impossible Peak.

We got great news, our south parking area gets paved this coming week on Tuesday, striped on Wednesday. It should be open for business Wednesday afternoon! WHOOT WHOOT!!! We will be so happy to have our side walk and handicapped access back!!

Hungry? 🤤 Smallcanyon Kitchen is open until 6:00 tonight for dinner, come on down. The museum will be open too.

ATTENTION VISITORS!!! The southern or lower parking area will be under construction for the next month. Construction begins Monday, April 27th.

The park will be open for daily visitors.

During this time the lower entrance to the park will be closed. Please use the north entrance and the upper or northern part of the parking lot. Visitors will have to enter the archaeological site first and come into the museum from the back doors until the new sidewalk and handicapped parking area is completed.

The museum will be closed Wednesday the 18th and Thursday the 19th because we will be painting the gallery. We will resume our normal 9am to 5pm schedule Friday, March 20th.
