ultural heritage and how to utilize the past to inform our future. Our goal to guide our clients towards long term stewardship of our local and national treasures, while designing a relationship to the future, creating a vibrant exchange of information to support traditional methodologies while embracing the most current technologies. Smart, deliberate design allows us to create coherent communities, with intact cultural legacies. Feinberg Lopez has been consulting in technical architectural preservation and conservation for the past 14 years. Her business includes structural analysis, historic structures reports, site master plans, preservation planning, National Register nominations, grantsmanship, project management, and construction oversight. Her firm specializes in Architectural Conservation, with paint analysis, and mortar analysis laboratories on site, with a staff that specializes in the identification of historic surface finishes and how this can inform the overall structural investigations. Feinberg Lopez consults with Architecture and Engineering firms from around the county, in addition to the many municipalities and local historical societies. Work includes analysis for the National Park Service, the General Service Administration, and Colorado State Historic Fund, for projects located around the United States.

This is possibly the most important news in preservation - who's story is worth telling? It is a critical moment when Sally Hemings' possibly gets a voice in history and is treated with some respect. Hats off to all those who made it happen.
