Let’s dance!

We’re launching a new series of Memory Cafes with a fun first gathering at Reynolds Library on Sept. 1: Chair Dancing!

Enjoy some great music, move at your own pace and let go of expectations. Dance seated or standing, try modifications and enjoy movement your way. No dance experience needed, and everyBODY is welcome.

Memory Cafes are welcoming social gatherings for people living with cognitive changes or dementia and the people who care about them. They’re a chance to connect, have fun and share meaningful experiences.
