📚 Back to School Night — September 1

Our Back to School Night is Tuesday, September 1 at 5:00 PM and is for parents only.

This evening will cover:
✨ Grade-level expectations & curriculum
✨ Classroom procedures
✨ Important information for a successful school year
✨ Time for general questions

Please note: This is not a Parent-Teacher Conference. We’ll focus on information for the class as a whole rather than individual student progress or concerns.

📍 5:00 PM: Brief general meeting in the Multi-Purpose Room
🏫 After: Head to classrooms for teacher presentations

Each teacher will offer two 25-minute sessions, so parents can attend two presentations during the evening.

Program Benefits:

• Tailored software with fun and engaging lessons in reading, math and science that are done in just fifteen minutes a day
• Personalized family coaching and easy-to-use resources that support the work you’re already doing with your child
• A computer and internet access for those who qualify

Muir’s library will be open on Wednesdays from 9:00-11:00am starting on 03 JUN, during the summer for students to check out books.
Students will have the opportunity to read for 45 days and track their reading progress during the summer months. Every 5 days of reading earns them a small prize from the librarian. If they read and track their progress for all 45 days, they will be able to attend a special event in August.
