The Town of Bourbon is accepting applications for the Bourbon Police Department. Applicants must be a US citizen, 21 years of age or older, possess a High School Diploma or GED Certificate, have no prior felony convictions and must possess a valid driver's license. Applications can be obtained at the Clerk-Treasurers office located at 104 E. Park Avenue, Bourbon, Indiana. Office hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday. Applications will be accepted until 4:00 pm Friday, May 8, 2026. The Town of Bourbon is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

The Town will be taking sealed bids for the 2021 Ford Police Interceptor. AWD with 111,782 miles. Bids will be accepted until 4:00 pm, Tuesday, May 12th at the Clerk's Office at 104 E Park Avenue. Vehicle may be seen with an appointment by calling 574-342-4755. The Town of Bourbon reserves to right to reject all bids.
