Reminder Parents and Guardians!

Registration and Residency must be completed by tomorrow, August 14th, 2026. If you do not complete both steps, access to your student's schedule will not be available and they can not start school until completing both steps.

If you are not able to complete these steps by August 14th, appointments will be available again starting August 24th with your student's school.

Reminder Parents and Guardians!

Registration for the 2026-27 school year is open on Skyward, all returning students must have this completed by August 14th in order to have access to your student's schedule and start on the first day of school.

Residency verification is required for all students and is done at the schools, please go to our website: https://www.besd53.org/page/besd53-registration for more information.

Residency Verification
Thursday, July 30th, 7:00AM-7:00PM
Liberty Intermediate School

We are aware of the relatively new option to carry a digital Illinois ID. At this time, we will accept only physical IDs when proving residency and completing registration this school year.

If residency is not verified by August 14th, your student will not have access to their class schedule.
