We did ask about a reschedule date for the free physical at Bowie High School. They are working on a new date. There are a lot of pieces to put together, including coordinating with doctors’ schedules. As soon as I know anything, we will post it here.

The BJH leadership team will reach out to families of students who need to participate in summer school due to attendance deficiencies or a failing year-end grade. It is VERY important that we contact each family to ensure that all students' needs are met. These needs include transportation and meal counts. Thank you in advance for promptly picking up and/or returning our calls. The attachment includes the information for both weeks of summer school. We will make calls regarding STAAR tests next Monday after receiving the results on Friday, May 29.

Our 8th grade NJHS students volunteered at the Bowie Intermediate campus to help out with their field day. We got raving compliments on how well our students mentored and worked with the younger kids. I think they may have had a little fun themselves too!
