RCM Solutions responds with a broad-management skill set; providing complete support of Government and commercial company needs for Government contracting, product development, and service operations. Founded in 2004, RCM Solutions secured a contract with the DHS Transportation Security Administration’s Office of Transportation Threat Assessment and Credentialing (TTAC). Under this contract, RCM Solutions provided project management support to the DHS TSA Secure Flight Airline Implementation Project and the Enterprise Business Integration Project. RCM was instrumental in developing and driving an extensive Integrated Master Schedule that allowed a crucial but challenging program to become operational in 2009. Since then, RCM Solutions has grown to a company with revenues over $6 million per year. RCM Solutions has leveraged the TTAC experience into multiple contracts supporting DHS/CBP, DHS/NPPD, DHS/TSA,, DoJ, FAA, GSA, HHS/PSC and partnerships with companies including Accenture, Battelle, CACI, Deloitte, IBM, Northrop Grumman, ManTech, SSCI, TASC, and TATE. RCM Solutions holds Prime contracts with DHS/NPPD, DHS/TSA, HHS/PSC, and GSA MOBIS. Success for RCM has been based on attracting and retaining a highly educated, experience, and motivated employee base. Our early success came from recognizing that traditional Government contracting companies were not nimble and effective enough in locating the right employees for a contract. RCM has excelled at recruiting, and enjoys a 92% employee satisfaction rating. In October 2010, RCM Solutions was named to the Washington Technology 2010 Fast 50 – identifying RCM as one of the fastest growing Government contractors. For five years, since 2004, RCM has achieved a compound annual growth rate of 128%. RCM anticipates continued growth as our reputation for solid performance spreads throughout our customer base.
