Attention Members: It has been brought to our attention that some customers have been receiving emails claiming that they must pay their bill via the included link or their water will be shut off immediately. At this time, Amon Carter Water Supply sends out postcard bills via USPS, and we will never send a payment link via email, as we only accept cash, check, or money order. This is likely a phishing attempt to try to gain personal information. If you have any questions about your bill, please contact 940-872-5505 or [email protected].

Notice To All Amon Carter Lake Water Supply Corporation Members

We appreciate all our valued members that use our autopay system or mail their payment in a timely manner. Thank you, because you are the ones that keep us going. In the past, we have been generous in applying late fees, giving at least 10 days after the due date to make your payment before applying a fee. Unfortunately, we have some accounts that have taken advantage and continuously fail to make timely payments. As a result, we will be strictly enforcing our next day late fee policy going forward. If your payment has not been received BY THE DUE DATE, a late fee of $10 will be added to your balance. Additionally, we will no longer be able to serve accounts that are over ten (10) days late. After ten (10) days your service will be discontinued until the account is caught up. Regular monthly billing and late fees will continue to accrue, and there will be an additional $75.00 service charge per occurrence to cover equipment and transportation costs to turn off your service, plus another $75.00 to restore your water service.

The billing you receive in the U. S. Mail every month is your reminder to pay your bill. There will be no past due notices mailed out. We know sometimes bills get lost in all the junk mail we all get. If you haven’t received your bill around the normal time (prior to the 15th) just give us a call and we will be happy to advise you of your amount due.

You will soon be receiving a letter with an agenda for our annual all-hands open meeting for ALL members of ACLWSC. It is set for Mar 27th at 6PM at the Bowie Fire Department on Walnut St in Bowie. First off, the address of the Corp listed at the top of the letter is not correct. As you well know, the address for mailing bills remains at PO Box 512, and the physical address of the office remains at 609-A Lindsey.
We encourage, and request, that members please attend this meeting, so you can help guide the future direction of Amon Carter Lake Water Supply Corp. The agenda is as follows:
