* Until 730 AM CDT.

* At 641 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located 6 miles north of Frankford, or 11 miles southeast of Hannibal, moving northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely.

The scheduled tornado siren test for this week has been postponed. The test will now take place on Wednesday, May 13th, 2026 at approximately 11:00 AM, pending call volume.
