25 years later, we remember.

This year’s 9/11 Stair Climb was especially meaningful as Lieutenant Colonel Tippens opened the event to the public for the first time, giving our university community the opportunity to come together to honor the lives lost and the sacrifices made on September 11, 2001.

Thank you to Bowling Green State University for helping us continue to remember and honor those who gave their lives, and to the staff and cadets of the Fighting Falcon Battalion who helped make this event possible.

First lab of the year complete! 🦅🇺🇸

We kicked off last week’s lab by welcoming two more cadets into the Fighting Falcon Battalion as they officially contracted into the ROTC program. We’re proud to see our cadets take this next step toward becoming future Army officers!

Our MS1 cadets also participated in their first drill and ceremony training, while cadets across the battalion continued developing the skills needed to grow as confident Army leaders.

And, of course, no ROTC lab would be complete without a little Ohio weather! 🌧️ When the rain started pouring, our cadets pushed through and continued training, because leadership doesn’t stop when the weather changes.

Strong start to the semester! 💪🇺🇸
