☀️ SUMMER MEALS START NEXT MONDAY! ☀️

School may be out, but meals are still on the menu! The Fredericksburg Regional Food Bank is providing FREE weekly Summer Meal Kits for children ages 18 & younger through the Summer Food Service Program.

Each weekly kit includes:
🍎 7 Breakfasts
🥪 7 Lunches
💲 No Cost to Families
👧 Open to All Children 18 & Under

📍 Families can register for:
✅ Pick-Up Meal Kits at locations throughout Caroline, King George, Locust Grove, Spotsylvania, and Stafford
OR
📦 Ship-To-Home Meals for eligible families in Caroline & King George

⚠️ Registration is required, and families may register for Pick-Up OR Ship-To-Home, not both.

🗓 Program Dates: June 1 – August 7, 2026

Please note: Routes have been created based on the transportation information received from each school. We encourage families to carefully check pickup and drop-off details to ensure everything is correct for your student.

🎉 Huge congratulations to our amazing Caroline students who represented us at the Virginia Junior Academy of Sciences on May 2 at Hampden–Sydney College!

Our seniors competed against students from across Virginia — including several Governor’s Schools — as they presented the methodologies and results from their CBGS Senior Projects. We are incredibly proud of the hard work, research, and professionalism they displayed on the state level!
🌟 Special congratulations to Caroline student Tinsley Beazley, who earned:
🏆 1st Place in Psychology – B Division
🏆 Psychology Award for the most significant contribution to the field of Psychology

A Correlation between Short-Term and Working Memory and Cognitive Ability in Children
