Happy Labor Day! The Wood County Board of Elections is closed today.

The Wood County Board of Elections will be pausing new and updated voter registrations during the dates of August 5th through the 10th due to system upgrades.

If you have any questions regarding your voter registration, you can check your registration on our website or the Secretary of States Website.

If you need to request an absentee ballot application the Ohio Secretary of State will be sending applications to every registered voter in Ohio on the week of September 7th.

Due to training taking place during July 21st through the 24th, the Wood County Board of Elections will be lightly staffed. Regular staffing will resume on Monday, July 27th.

➡The polling location at the Wood County Fairgrounds has been temporarily moved from the Junior Fair Building to the Pratt Pavilion for the May 5th Primary Election.
➡ Individuals who vote at the Northwood Recreation Center, be aware there will be a high police presence, unrelated to the election, due to a meeting during voting hours.
