Jessica has been located safe. Thank you for everyone’s help.

The Pike County Sheriff’s Office has received a report of a missing person. Jessica Moore 36 year old female of rural Louisiana, MO.
Jessica was last seen 10/22/2025 at approximately 10am. Jessica was to pick up her daughter at the bus stop at 4pm but did not arrive nor did she arrive at her place of employment located in Elsberry, MO.
If you have seen or know of Jessica’s whereabouts, please contact the Pike County Sheriff’s Office.

It’s National 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗮𝘆! This day serves as a reminder to help protect emergency personnel working on the side of the road. This includes first responders, Missouri Department of Transportation, and tow trucks.

AVENUES will be hosting a Purple Out Glow Out on October 3rd at 7pm in Bowling Green, MO! Come watch the football game at Bowling Green R-1 high school and wear purple to show your support of teen dating violence survivors.
There will be a 50/50 raffle, $1 per ticket/$5 for six tickets/$20 for arm length tickets. Purple ribbons and a glowstick will also be available for $5. 🎟
Proceeds will benefit survivors of dating violence in Pike County 💜

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month 💜

Check out the work Elsberry High School student Giavanna Smith did in our Law Enforcement classroom. Mr. Salois was talking with Mr. Hipes about wanting to get his logo painted on his wall and Mr. Hipes said he had the student for the job. Mr. Salois and Mr. Hipes purchased an art kit for Giavanna for her hard work!
