Thank you so much Senator Jamie Eldridge for securing this vital $190,000 funding for the Acton Food Pantry! This mobile food market truck will ensure that our seniors, families, and neighbors facing transportation barriers have direct access to fresh, healthy food right in our communities. Thank you again for your leadership and dedication!

Last week, the Senate debated the FY27 state budget before Memorial Day weekend. Over the next few days, I’ll be highlighting a few local earmarks I secured funding for in my district. One investment I was proud to advocate for is $190,000 for the Acton Food Pantry to help launch a mobile food market truck. The truck would bring fresh groceries directly into communities with limited transportation and food access, helping more seniors and families access healthy food closer to home!
